The staff were all excellent and provided friendly service.

All in all everything was perfectly fine, had a warm stay as excellent value and fantastic staff. The hotel was in a marvellous location near to the centre, station and bus stop and High Street which is heart of ware and bars. The restaurant had warm food. Booked this for our xmas and it met standards.

Double room with comfy bed was the best. We were in a great and decent location not too far away from Scott's Grotto.

The HOTel was adjacent to the town centre, the whole Pub, and station and bus stop and High Street which is heart of ware thanks to its perfect location. The staff was excellent all the time.

We had a continental breakfast with variety of options. Every member of the staff was fantastic. The location very close to the train station was marvellous, most places in Ware were within reach.

We enjoyed this small hotel for its special atmosphere and really helpful and lively staff. The location was perfect, short walk to the twin centre, the suburbs of Ware, and river. Also, it was an easy walk to Christ Church Ware.

The staff were lovely and fantastic and took care of us. Central location was a plus. It was a lovely area very close to the train station.

Perfect location short walk to the suburbs of Ware and station and bus stop and High Street which is heart of ware, I felt safe. I've had neat and absolutely perfect room with the bar, bathroom plus TV.

Perfect location of the hotel in a convenient area for both the functions that I attended. Reasonably large, brand-new units provided with bathroom, comfy bed, as for instance.

The location was great and brilliant, staff were lovely. Guest room was excellent, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The amenities included a coffee/tea maker and multi-channel television.

The place had a special atmosphere. All the services were welcoming. Besides, parking was available on-site. The location was magnificent and good, just off a popular pub, the beer garden leading up to the windows, and the suburbs. It also was very close to town centre.

It was surely a lovely stay as excellent value and fantastic staff. The staff were lively and location was comfortable. This hotel was in a very nice area right by the whole Pub as well as the hill.

The room felt very tired and the bathroom was a little small.

The rooms here are adequate and perfect with comfy bed. It boasts great location right by the town centre and a popular pub.

Everything was fantastic!

The staff were friendly and the breakfast options were good, with a continental spread and the choice of beans and eggs. The location was convenient, close to the high street, and I appreciated the privacy provided. The room was cleaned daily and had comfortable chairs for lounging.

The room I stayed in was very cold and could be improved. there were some missing amenities like extra surfaces in the bathroom, bath mats, and plugs near the bed.

The room was tidy and cosy with comfy bed, well priced.
